      Keep in mind we are still on a pilot phase so the availability is not "written on stone" yet. In order to have a good balance between customer experience and our own workload we are starting with bigger areas. Examples: Services, EWA, SUP/CHARM, etc.

      The bottom line here is "if you see the Chat Button available, cut the waiting times and click on it 😉 "

      Forget about "filling tons of info on incident wizard" or "writing 500 characters for business impact" and then waiting for an engineer to pick up your incident. By using Chat you immediately get connected to an engineer 😉

      This is really an exciting breakthrough Marcio!!

      I recently stumble upon a research which revealed that customer satisfaction increases with live chat as the number of chat messages exchanged rises. Live chat is becoming increasingly important and profitable as a customer engagement platform. In fact, in a survey conducted by Forrester, 44% of respondents said that having a live person answer their questions while they were in the middle of an online purchase was one of the most important features a website could offer.

      The study's authors said they believe one reason for this is that consumers are happier when customer service agents are more engaged in the support process, such as by asking more troubleshooting questions or finding out how the customer's day is going.

      Hello Marcio: Pilot for chat support is now conducted with certain or all Canada´s customers ?

      Hi Gerson,

      This pilot is running for all Solution Manager customers across the globe. If you try to raise an incident for SAP you should be able to see a "chat button" in the incident wizard.
