How to Make Your User Experience Awesome and Your Business Users Happy

Through a combination of lecture, hands-on exercises, customer case studies, collaboration with other participants, and product demos, this session will discuss how to develop and successfully execute a user experience strategy. Presenters will focus on using design thinking to guide the end-to-end process, starting with developing and validating ideas through creating metrics to track the success of your implementation. Hands-on exercises will address user research, rapid prototyping, and business user validation.

Attendees will use their own laptops to access SAP's exciting new Web-based prototyping tool for the hands-on exercises.

Several customers will share their UX journeys with an emphasis on how to scale across the enterprise and monitor progress. Learn from your peers as participants share their successes, experiences, and challenges during the exercises. Demos will highlight integration points across several complementary SAP and external solutions and how to deliver a consistent user experience.

He was part of the ramp-up program for SAP Personas version 3 and so has been working with it for over a year already.
