Once again, TechEd is upon us and we have many exciting SAP Screen Personas and user experience (UX) sessions featuring demos, hands-on, and lectures from both customers and SAP. If you are building your agenda online or updating your personal calendar, here is a list of recommended content.

Presenters will focus on using design thinking to guide the end-to-end process, starting with developing and validating ideas through creating metrics to track the success of your implementation. Hands-on exercises will address user research, rapid prototyping, and business user validation. Attendees will use their own laptops to access SAP's exciting new Web-based prototyping tool for the hands-on exercises. Several customers will share their UX journeys with an emphasis on how to scale across the enterprise and monitor progress. Learn from your peers as participants share their successes, experiences, and challenges during the exercises. Demos will highlight integration points across several complementary SAP and external solutions and how to deliver a consistent user experience.
