Chris said to check your Visa, depending on where you travel
Rich Heilman said that SAP “TechEd Bangalore is not happening in the spring/2016, but might be rescheduled for fall of 2016 to align with the others”
Check your travel insurance
Chris said to check to ensure you are going to the right destination – Orange County California vs Florida
Tell your credit card company that you are traveling; you don’t want your credit denied.
Another mentor shared: “Good to know: your passport needs to be valid up to 3 months after the end of the trip in Europe”

5K run is sold out but another Mentor (Julien?) said “Nothing prevents you from running the 5k even if it’s sold out. You just won’t have a number. I did it last year”

Interact with others; there is a lot of content. Split up the sessions if you are going with a team. I print out my agenda, but another Mentor suggested saving it to the phone.
