1. Make sure you can get employee role in your BP.
There are some settings in SPRO which has to be maintained in order to get employee role in your BP
Navigate to spro Customer Relationship Management->Master Data->Business Partner->Integration Business Partner-Employee
click on Set Up Integration With HR.
And entry with group value HRALX and Sem.abbr HRAC remove the entry X from that entry
now refresh you will be able to see Employee role for BP in the drop down.
2. Use transaction code: /nbp
3. Enter the essential information.
4. Save and close.
