Pricing for Partner Portal
Please reach out to SAP for specifics related to pricing depending on the specifics involved with your use case around partner channel management.
Hello Pushkar,
Since we are in the process to integrate the PCM with C4C, I thought of writing my experience here.
1. Most of the standard documents, even the Admin guide doesn’t give the clear understanding on the configuration.
2. No document gives the clear understanding on which configurations are necessary to be done for completing which PCM scenario.
3. I will suggest below document by Prabhat that gives some details on the configurations.
Setup Connectivity between C4C and HCP application | SCN
4. However there are more configurations to be done on C4C which are not maintained on any of the documents.
5. I will suggest to have a separate integration document specific for this. Since this involves three system (HCP, C4C and SAP Cloud Identifier) which need to be configured.
These and more….
However I see this product can be a great success in terms of flexibility from HCP. I hope these feedback helps this product becomes much perfect!!
Thanks & Regards,
Chandan
Thank you for the feedback, Chandan. I will take the feedback to the core team and have them evaluate the same and take further action.
Pushkar,
Good thing is that we are getting good help from SAP and hopefully with the completion of this, SAP team working with us will be creating good help documents from our learning.
I really appreciate the help we are getting on this. 🙂

Hello Chandan,
Our company is also exploring PCM on HCP and wanted to know your experience and learn about the use case scenarios from your company. Would you be able to share some information regarding you implementation? Is it currently live?
Best,
–Jamie
Hello Jamie,
Yes the project is live and it was indeed a great experience exploring the world of HCP. Surely would like to help you. To start with, check the blog that I have mentioned above and also some of the other posted by Prabhat like one below:

Hello Chandan,
How access control is managed in PCM apps for partner contact user? What exact config. we need to do like access context setting in C4C business role of partner contact, adding partner to org. structure etc..
Basically one partner contact user can not see transactions like lead, opportunity, task etc. of other partner.
I understand there is nothing like ACE engine in C4C like we have in OP CRM to control access to partner.
Can you please advise on this?
Thanks,
Harshad Patel
Hi Chandan,
Could you please provide me some docs on SF Employee central(AskHR) integration with C4C using HCP, we are implementing Employee Service ticket functionality, Somehow we have configured all the 3 systems but unfortunately we are unable to navigate on C4C when we click on AskHR link in EC.
