Introduction: the universal right.
Social networks, the internet, or even the web as a means of expression and communication, as well as all the mobility that enable,
it makes relations volatile and of low intensity.
However, the people can now collaborate in a global and comprehensive way, without limits of time and space.
The only restriction is to have the right to accessibility and to mobility. The interactions are not limited to the place of physical coexistence of people, surpassing the visible horizons.
This character of the collaboration, where you are and where you want, it creates an identification with various social layers. All they identify themselves and feel willingness to fully cooperate: the people want the right to express themselves and communicate with others, with whom they identify, in a unique and personal way.
These same people are willing to access knowledge and share it with others that may also do so. There are no limits in how knowledge is generated and shared between them.
They do not want to be alone and isolated.
Be on the network is an acquired right and universal.
The accessibility and mobility have become an universal right and they should be on the agenda of all the leaders.
