In case you are interested on understanding how the UWL menu is composed for work items at the time when clicking with the secondary mouse button over a work item, you might check the following SAP KBA:

The menu which I'm here speaking is the following one:
As you can see in the KBA, there is a specific logic regarding the order of the options available within this menu, and also regarding the line which can be used to separate the items within the menu.
