Rahul Sachdev along with Prof Ramesh Behl- Director-IMI Bhubaneswar delivered a Design Thinking workshop for 55 students at their campus on 25th July. This workshop was aimed at giving the students a hands on experience on all the processes in DT and most importantly creating personas and then prototyping keeping the personas in mind. The students were given an exercise on their meaning of Innovation and how they would like to Innovate. The fun and excitement began when they all participated in the Marshmallow challenge to create the tallest tower and place a marshmallow on the top of it using spaghetti noodles, a yard of tape, string and marshmallow. They had some awesome time with each team of 6 students (9 teams) fighting hard to beat each other and create the tallest tower. They all got chocolates to treat themselves and realized that it was great teamwork and collaboration that helped them to innovate in such a small span of time
