Ideation: Breaking the Analysis Paralysis

Hello DT Community,

Glad to start this interaction with all of you.

Yesterday, I got the opportunity to facilitate an Ideation Phase with the Globalization Services team. I would like to firstly, share the agenda, and Ideation methods that I have use (attached). I hope this structure is useful for you in your future sessions, feel free to share your feedback as well.

Secondly, it was a funny experience. This time, I was emphatic with some restrictions during the brainstorming, in a way that participants would have to propose ideas discosidering the essential tool that they were building the solution. The outcome was quite surprising, with some strong ideas that they were not expecting in the first place. I am curious to see how will be the progress of this one.
