Support for Google Chrome and MS Edge in CRM Interaction Center
Hi All，
As you know, we can verify the corresponding supportive browser versions to our CRM system by referring to note below.

But for Interaction Center(logon IC WebUI by IC role like IC_Agent, etc), we should be aware of follow note too.

CRM Interaction Center provides basic support for running in Google Chrome (and the Chromium based version of MS Edge which is available as of March 2020).
- For Interaction Center in Chrome and Edge also check SAP Note 2587189
- For Interaction Center in Safari: the functions of the CRM Interaction Center are not released for Safari.
You can read following KBA to see if you are using a Chromium based version of Microsoft Edge.
