Kimberly-Clark Automatizes Warehouse In Stupino
Kimberly-Clark has completed the deployment of the Expanded Warehouse Management solution SAP EWM. This integrated solution has increased the efficiency of operations, the accuracy of inventory control and execution of production plans at the company’s plant in Stupino. Previously, many warehouse operations were performed manually. For proper management, it was decided to introduce an integrated information system. When choosing a solution the company was guided by existing successful experience with a number of SAP products which made SAP EWM the logical choice. The new system reflects the topology of the warehouse with the possibility of zoning and allocation of the various production sites, it allows users to control the placement of raw materials, package and deliver them to the production line, select and complete a product, conduct a comprehensive inventory and ship the finished products through a variety of distribution channels.
