On May 5th, 2015, SAP introduced a new service called “SAP Digital for Customer Engagement”. D4C is designed for “your way” - easy to buy, simple to use, robust and scale-able, all for the best price you can get. D4C is the smaller sibling to C4C, with fewer capabilities, but with exciting additions!
