ME2O是否可以显示删除或冻结的计划协议项目
当计划协议项目的状态为冻结时(ekpo-loekz=S), 其可以显示在ME2O里; 但如果项目状态为删除时(ekpo-loekz=L), 其不能显示在ME2O里.
