Blog posts are a great way for SAP, customers, and partners to share advice, insights into career trends, new opportunities, and personal success stories.
A Customer Corner event was held at SAP Labs Israel on May 27-28. The theme was “The Customer’s Journey to the Cloud” and was attended by six SAP customers and partners from Adidas Group, Keytree, and Quantum Vision. The customers, SAP product owners, user assistance, and development joined interactive discussions about the products that are developed in our Lab.
The sessions aimed to show how SAP supports the customer’s journey to the Cloud with our products, as well as to provide a forum for the exchange of information about how the products are being used, the challenges and benefits, as well as the roadmaps. The sessions focused on the following products:
SAP Web IDE
SAP HANA Cloud Portal
SAP Fiori Launchpad
SAP Fiori Cloud Edition
SAP Enterprise Portal
The sessions were perceived very positively by the visitors. The interaction level was high and a mix of sessions from round tables to deep dive sessions provided a clearer picture for development and product management about how our products are being used and the value being derived from them by customers.
As an added benefit, User Assistance Experience sessions were held in the form of demo booths and design thinking-like feedback sessions for both customers and development. This generated a lot of interest and provided invaluable feedback about the User Assistance journey to the Cloud.
Overall, more than 200 seats were filled for the various sessions.
After the event, participants were contacted by SAP product owners in order to continue the discussions.
