This October, we’re inviting participants interested in learning more about HR in the cloud to join us as we continue our SuccessFactors journey with Run Simple HR with SuccessFactors Employee Central.

SuccessFactors Employee Central provides employees and managers with self-service tools, and HR administrators with easy access to payroll, benefits, leave requests, time sheet management, and much more. Employee Central is globalized so the system is fully compliant with local and regional rules related to currency and tax, so you don’t need to worry about researching various rules across your global workforce.

This course, Run Simple HR with SuccessFactors Employee Central, is aimed at administrative users of SuccessFactors Employee Central and will include an overview of the system with demos of Core HR for employees, managers, and HR administrators.  Demos will include how to affect organizational and position management, as well as how to set up rules and workflows.  You’ll learn about Global Payroll and Benefits, and country-based benefits using Employee Central Payroll and the Payroll Control Center. You’ll also learn how to configure deductions and advances, as well as reporting and analytics. Finally, you will learn how to configure Employee Central for absence management and time sheets.  The course will end with a recap of Core HR.

The course begins October 13 and contains three weeks of content: Overview, Global Payroll & Benefits, and Time & Attendance. Whether you’re an existing user or interested in finding out about Core HR in the Cloud, this course is for you!
