Cloud Implementation – Updated Mail Assets Not Applying


We are having issues getting our Cloud based Mobile Docs implementation to reliably update changes uploaded to the mail assets.

Example received invite email:-


Currently loaded (uploaded yesterday) clearly has a different subject defined, but this is not being used when the email is generated.


Further to this changes made to the HTML template occasionally reflect immediately, but more often are not reflected for many hours when something not initiated by us triggers an update.

We have completely deleted all content from Mail Assets and re-uploaded, but this changes nothing.

Are others having the same issue? What is happening in the background when the mail assets are uploaded – is there some replication process?
