Lecture of Corporate Culture and Career Development, Shanghai, China, 21st July, 2015

On 21st July, Josie Guan, Program Manager from University Alliances invited Richard Zhang, Program Manager from Early Talent to give a lecture about Corporate Culture and Career Development at Fudan University. The audience are all major in Software Engineering, and feel lost in the future career planning.

Josie and Richard illustrated with several examples of themselves and their friend’s to provide a reference to the students, and use SAP as an example to analyze the relationship between the corporate culture with employee development, and how we cares about the employees from company wise, and how we behaves in SAP. Salary will never be the only criteria when finding a job.
