The theme, “Simplifying the Way the World Works,” reflects the kind of innovative plus immediately usable insights participants will gain at this year’s event being held August 10-12 in Las Vegas. Giving Back in Africa – Tweet to save animals and fight poverty
This year SAP/SuccessFactors is teaming up with the ERP (Elephants, Rhinos and People) initiative of groupelephant.com to help raise awareness of the tragic consequences of elephant and rhino poaching in Africa. Poverty is the leading cause of this slaughter. This group is focused on ERP projects to preserve and protect threatened elephants and rhinos in the world, creating economic engines to alleviate poverty among rural people. For every tweet sent with both #sconnect15 and #ERP between August 3-14, SAP will donate $1 to ERP. Anyone can tweet to donate; it’s not necessary to attend the event.
