Venting: trying so hard to update infotypes in HCM PF with complex list works only with list

SAP should decide for once: are multiple records to be edited in HCM PF with list configurations or with complex list configurations???

The online help clearly says use simple list for single records of an infotype (like one record of IT 8) and complex list for multiple records of the same infotype.

SIMPLE LIST You use this when you want to display or perform
operations on repeat fields of a single infotype record. You must include the

While the note 2191845 FPM form: add row button adds multiple rows for simple list:

Using HCM Processes & Forms
framework, you have configured a process of form type ‘FPM Form’. You have
configured a simple list UIBB. You have two records for same infotype
subtype.  You have selected first row and click on ADD ROW button you find
that two rows are added in list at second and fourth positon.

HOW CAN YOU HAVE TWO RECORDS IN A SIMPLE LIST, IT’S NOT POSSIBLE ACCORDING TO YOURSELF SAP!!!

Now the truth is infotype 14 wouldn’t work for me either as simple list or complex list ever.

Infotype 15 works as simple list very well.

I wonder if complex list is really used for anything.
