SAP Integration Content Catalog and SuccessFactors

SAP Integration Content Catalog brings you the power of HCM solutions through SuccessFactors (SF). It gives you the ability to establish connection between SuccessFactors solutions and any of your SAP HCM systems to transfer data across solutions, that too, without having the hassle to maintain your own hardware, as it is cloud-based.

Successfactors is a Human Resource Information System tool that helps you to work with all kinds of people-related information. SAP HANA Cloud Integration of Process Integration presents integration content to you as integration packages, which when deployed, performs seamless integration of your solution (s) with Successfactors.


How to use SuccessFactors related integration content for Human Resources

From SAP Integration Content Catalog, you can now choose predefined integration content meant for SuccessFactors integration. You can browse through all the SF relevant packages, view their contents and choose the most appropriate one that suits your scenario.

You can apply filter and in the Line of business column, choose Human Resources. All SuccessFactors people-related packages will show up in your result section. Once you have chosen a package, you can open it and view its information in the next screen. There is a package description, which gives you an idea about the scenario in which it is to be used, and process integration scenarios that it supports. There will also be an artifacts list, where you can see all the artifacts and their types, and the actions that you can perform on them.

Currently, we offer 11 packages that can be used for SuccessFactors related integration scenarios. Each of these packages caters to a specific scenario. For example, the package Integration Add-On for SAP ERP HCM and SuccessFactors HCM Suite supports integrating recruiting and employee data for evaluation purposes between SAP ERP Human Capital Management (SAP ERP HCM) and SuccessFactors Business Execution (SuccessFactors BizX). Similarly, SuccessFactors RCM with 3rd Party Assessment Vendor-People supports integration at business process level between your SuccessFactors Recruitment System (on-demand) and 3rd Party Assessment Vendor.
