The SAP Family is going it again! This summer marks the return of one of the most anticipated SAP event occurring all around the world: People Weeks.
For 10 days, starting from July 8th up to July 21st, SAP sheds light on Employees by delivering several activities around Personal Development and Health at Work, both across 75 locations and within a digital platform easily accessible to all employees.
So, now if you are wondering how People Weeks is run “Parisian style”, let’s take a quick overview on the activities proposed over here at the Tour SAP:
- Health care : Possibility to try several activities (Sophrology, Osteopathy, Tai-Chi, Vo Vietnam,…) and to learn how to get healthy eating habits (with the help of a dietician)
- Development : Gain insights on self-development through coaching, personal branding, time management, career development, and business communication
- For managers : Learn how to develop careers among your team / For Early Talents : Learn how to boost your career
Boris, member of the Enterprise Analytics team, shares his experience:
“Last Wednesday 15th, July I participated to the Vô Vietnam activity with my coworkers. Thanks to Gilles Rossi and Tin Nguyen who are great Vô Vietnam teachers, I learned some new self-defense skills and applied those techniques on my coworkers conscientiously and in safety. Furthermore, they taught us a lot about all the background of the martial art which is really interesting. Also I liked the fact to have an easy access to a martial art near my workplace. It gave me the opportunity to relax a little bit and then to get back to work with more energy. For information the activity is located on the 2nd floor in the SAP Tower and employees can attend it at 12pm until 1pm every Wednesday.”
But that’s not all: as stated above, other events are taking place virtually, such as coffee corners and sessions featuring SAP leaders & mentors from all over the world.
From New Zealand to Canada, including Paris, People Weeks kicks off events for SAP employees, assuring continuity of global initiatives to ensure that members of the SAP Family are able not only to manage their stress, balance their personal and professional lives and thus, perform at their best.
