      Hi Pushkar,

I would like to ask you if it is possible to restrict the creation of appointments with past dates, that is, set an alert or error message or that does not allow to record appointments with dates passed.

Currently, the system allows creating appointments in the past which does not make much sense at the user level.

I hope you can help me
      Thank you!

For activity management, it does not seem to support Employee Support, is this correct?.  We are using C4C to support our internal employees.

I examined Involved Parties for activities, appointments etc, yet not able to align Employee OR Service Team.  Am i missing something?
