How to set up alert for jobs which are going to assigned status automatically in SAP CPS by Redwood
Set up alerts for Jobs which are going to Assigned status for long time in CPS
- Login to CPS system.
- Go to alerting tab, and select Job definition alert sources.
3. Create new Job Definition Alert Source. And fill below fields:
Name: you can give any name.
Name Pattern: give * to check all jobs.
Under sent to address field maintain recipient email ID’s to get alert messages.
4. Switch to Statuses tab. And select status which you want to set up alerts. In my case I have selected Assigned status
5. Maintain delay amount. I took 2 minutes. That means alert will trigger when a job going to assigned status more than 2 minutes.
6. That’s it. Save & Close.
You have completed setting up alerts for jobs which are going to assigned status for long time.
