Error during source system Activation

We wanted to activate the source system <SID>CLNT340 in RSA1 using below steps and We were getting error as below.

Select "Only Activate"

Clicking on Longtext for each one of them We got more information and that helped us to nail down the issue.We had two issues as following

1) No partner profile (outbound parameter) could be found. This refers to the key fields in table EDP13: /<SID>CLNT340/LS//RSRQST////

Resolution:-

A) Created Port in WE21

    

B) Maintained below Outbound Parameter

    

2) IDoc type ZSWA002 could not be found.

SAP Note #1478123 - FAQ: Source system is the perfect one to be followed here.

Follow the steps given below:

A) In transaction WE30:The type ZSWA002of table RSBASIDOC for the concerning connection must exist in BW and in the source system. It must be identical in structure in both systems If it does not exist, create it as a copy of type RSSEND.

    

B) Afterwards, enter the following in the view maintenance of view EDIMSG (trans. SM30):

    

Message type RSSEND, IdocType as specified above, Release corresponding to the release you are currently using.

After that our issue got resolved.
