Error during upgrade to version 7.3 SP13 of SAP Enterprise Portal

You encounter the following errors when upgrading to SAP Enterprise Portal 7.3 SP13 using the SUM tool:

• Undeployment of component sap.com/com.sap.portal.pcd.admintools.administration is rejected because undeployment of other component it depends on is rejected.
• Undeployment of component sap.com/com.sap.portal.fpn.ui is rejected because undeployment of other component it depends on is rejected

This happens because the tc/pp/support/tools project has not been added to the refactoring file of EP-ADMIN in SAP Enterprise Portal 7.3 SP13, and there are the following component dependencies:

1. sap.com/com.sap.portal.pcd.admintools.administration
2. sap.com/com.sap.portal.fpn.ui

Solution:

To overcome this issue, EP-ADMIN must be patched to the latest patch level of 730 SP13

Download SCA : EP-ADMIN  form the SAP Support Portal , and deploy it .
