Idoc Issue: Info-Package is Long Running – No Job Stuck, No tRFCs Stuck

Summary

This article is regarding the Idoc Issue where info-package in running state (yellow) but job is completed in ECC successfully; also there is no stuck tRFCs

Scenario:

In BW system, the info package is in yellow status as below

Checked in ECC, but the job is completed successfully

Checked tRFC in ECC, nothing Stuck

Now while checking iDocs in BW as per below, found few iDocs in yellow status

Path: Inside IP – Environment  -> ALE Management -> In the Data Warehouse

Solution

As a solution, checked in BD87 for above stuck iDocs in BW and processes manually by clicking on Process Button

  After processing iDocs will get below message

Now, in ALE Management of IP, iDocs shows are in Green status

Checked the load (info package), completed successfully.
