SAP Labs France: When our Customers Meet the Global Services & Support Team
Our customers discover the latest SAP innovations…
On 2015 June 2nd, 70 customers attended the Enterprise Support Day France taking place at SAP Tower in Levallois-Perret. During that day, Premium Engagements customers had the opportunity to participate in keynotes on the new SAP technology platform and S/4HANA, and to learn through breakout sessions how the SAP Global Services & Support team help them in a digital and hyperconnected world.
Innovation, hybrid model, or yet Solution Manager were the themes of the three breakout sessions – entitled Simplify! -. One objective: demonstrate that simplification in the organization is possible.
At the end of the day, the visit of the very new SAP Executive Briefing Center at SAP Tower impressed our customers. Their feedback: “Amazing!”. This space enables to discover thanks to connected devices how SAP applications and technology models help simplify processes thus enable innovation.

This year, the focus was on the simplification and the value of innovation. A Design-Thinking workshop allowed our customers to discuss how they see the competence center of tomorrow and to give an overview of their daily issues which will impact their future needs.
91% of our customers appreciated the event and 93% would attend the ES Day 2016
The presentations responded to expectations for 79% of the participants.
