The SAP Simple Finance, on-premise edition comes with simplified architecture, optimized financial accounting processes and supports the operational finance experts driving efficiency and compliance. It is a system of records based on line items as a single source of truth for operational reporting and planning.
The SAP Simple Finance, on-premise edition is a new product, powered by the in-memory capabilities of SAP HANA, that allows you to use in-memory technology to further optimize Financials core business processes. SAP HANA comprises the required hardware as well as the SAP HANA appliance software (SAP HANA database and data replication tools, for example). Please note that the measured performance depends on configuration, data volumes, and data constellation.
