HOWTO – Activate Performance and Usage Monitoring
During implementation remember to select the Performance and Usage Monitoring Options in SAP Cloud for Customer as shown in the image below:
In the Questions section, remember to maintain the User ID and IP information tracking In Scope as shown in the screenshot below:
Enable the assignment of business roles to the performance and usage monitoring reports (applicable for all reports in the service as soon as the option is enabled) by enabling the setting in Business Options as shown in the screenshot below:

How do we access these monitoring reports?
Logon as Administrator in the HTML5 UI
Navigate to the Analysis workcenter.
Navigate to Reports facet,
List "All Reports". Check out the reports that are shown in the screenshot below:

is this screenshot still up to date?
If I navagiate to Analysis Workcenter in C4C, I only get a view which starts with "SALES OVERVIEW" and I see a few reports about "Sales Summary - Current Year", "Pipeline Forecast..." etc.
How can I change this view?

Thanks for the document.
I am currently not sure how I can take a performance trace in C4C if I need to do a runtime analysis to troubleshoot where the bottle necks are or where maximum times are spent.
What is the recommendation here?
