Dear user,

Have you also recently experienced a sudden change, when you logged into your computer the other morning. Well, that “change” – I was told – was a new release of a cloud-based ERP system, and I was also told, that as of now all users would be able to run through their transactions much faster and easier than ever before…because of all those new features that the new version provides.

Funny though, the system which I used for 4 years now, looked completely different, and I couldn’t even get 20% of the process done until I got stuck completely. Hm… ok, so I went to the coffee corner, to grab a coffee and to think about that faster, and easier processes….definitely that might be true for newbies and seldom used processes, but for me?? … – but anyway, when I entered the coffee corner, guess what: two colleagues discussed frustrated about their changed guidelines on setting up an event campaign, and nothing was clear since no one really told them, but they just received some PowerPoint slides and had to find out all by themselves… whow lucky me!

Alright…I guess we all have been faced with the one or the other change during employee-lifetime, right? Within the cloud age, and us getting older, retire later, this will become even more true. And also a workforce consists of so many different roles – not all of them are hit by IT changes, but of course real business processes, strategical, and other changes…

I would like to point your attention to this on-demand SAP webinar, which speaks about augmenting, re-using and sharing existing content like PPTs to spread knowledge better and faster, also briefly mentions game-based learning to cover all knowledge transfer topics (IT and non-IT) in a fun way, and ends with some in-application guidance highlights to support us directly inside an updated live system.

Click here to watch the on-demand session.

Check out this video specifically on the in-application guidance piece.

Please reach out for any question…

Thanks and best regards,
