SAP Product Support for Large Enterprise (SAP PSLE) customers can now use the generally released Enterprise Support value maps. This offering is not limited to a certain timeframe anymore. SAP Enterprise Support value maps in pilot mode are not available for SAP PSLE customers.

This access is limited to the currently available services under PSLE. Certain value map deliverables may not be covered by the PSLE offering, in which case, PSLE customers may request these deliverables via Premium Engagement offerings.
