On June 9th, SAP Forum Shanghai was held in Shangri-la Shanghai. The highlights including:
- 1 Keynote session; 5 Tracks with 37 sessions; 8 Roundtables; 37 Showcases demonstrating Industry 4.0, Precision Farming, IoT and O2O solutions, and The Boardroom Redefined;
- 2156 unique physical attendees at the event and 426 unique online attendees view the keynotes this morning. 23 Chinese media and 2 analysts across the country attended the event. They participated in the Keynote, Post-Keynote Q&A, Signing ceremony and roundtables on focused topics and 1-on-1 interviews with SAP executives;
Particularly in which, there were a signing ceremony for Industry 4.0 Strategic Partnership between SAP and Shanghai Second Polytechnic University(SSPU). SSPU joined UA program in 2013, and they started to leverage SAP solutions and resources in teaching since then. With the development of Industry 4.0 topic, SSPU also would like to readjust their curricula and break through to this area swiftly. By connecting with UA and SAP Labs China, SSPU has applied Design Thinking with SAP experts from Labs in redefining their Advanced Industry Laboratory structure and series of teaching, researching, services around it.With the witness of the distinguished attendees of SAP Forum Shanghai, SAP and SSPU signed the strategic Partner Agreement in the afternoon of 9th June. Both parties are looking forward to establish a success model for Industry4.0 teaching and researching in Chinese university in the near future.
