Calibration Business Process

Calibration Process:

I had observed many queries related to calibration process steps,so please refer below which will support you. Thanks in Advance.

Master Data:

1.Create Equipment master-IE01

2.Create Task list -IA05

3.Create Maintenance plan-IP41

4.Schedule maintenance plan-IP10

Business Process :

Step-1 Deadline monitoring for maintenance plan (Transaction IP30)

Enter the Maintenance plan and click continue                                                                                                                         

Then the plan schedule and automatically tiger the calibration Order Scheduling status was show in Message text. Then go back

Step-2 To view Maintenance order (Transaction IW39)

List of calibration order are Display, Note the Order Number from the List which where you required 

Step-3 Check & Release Maintenance order (Transaction IW32)

Step-4 Clear the Inspection lot (perform result recording & Usage decision) Transaction -QA32

Enter plant & Inspection lot origin-14 click F8 or execute

Step-5 Perform Result recording

Select Inspection lot line & click Results (pencil icon)

Enter & maintain the result

After entering result then valuate the same

Save the results.

Step-6 Perform the Usage decision for Inspection lot

Select the Inspection Lot click Usage decision (pencil icon)

Enter the UD code & Save

UD done

Step-7 Order confirmation (Transaction IW41)

Enter Order Number click Continue

Maintain the required Confirmation data.

Step-8 Technical Completion TECO order (Transaction IW32)

Enter Order Number

Continue

TECO & Save the order.

Note : while creating task list enter PM01 control key for Internal calibartion & PM02 or PM03 for external calibartion.
