Note 2179798 – Saposcol 720 run out of maintenance

I just released note 2179798, which clarifies the situation regarding saposcol versions 720 and 721. I hope this would help to avoid confusion regarding versioning and will clarify that Sap Host Agent is now just being released in version 721. Patches in 720 are not possible anymore.
