Issue details: For output list (ALV List), user has chosen Select from all available Format ( Excel (in existing XXL Formats) and selected that as "Always Use Selected Formats". This causes a default entry created for user in table SALV_BS_ADMIN.
Due to this default entry created, every time when user try to export anything from SAP. User will never get option to Select Spread sheet.
Resolution: For all such ALV related setting an entry is created in table SALV_BS_ADMIN.
This needs to be deleted. To delete such entries SAP suggest a note " 1080608 - Defining ABAP ALV export format for spreadsheet ".
In the note, its recommended to execute a program SALV_BS_ADMIN_MAINTAIN and then select "User-specific setting for SAP GUI ALV" then execute.
The out put will be a list which holds all the user specific setting. From where we need to select the user name and select the row and delete.
The stored default setting thus gets restored and user can see all the option available for exporting the Excel.
