Hi there,

I've recently installed the latest SLES version provided by SAP for Business One (at the moment SLES 11 PL 3) which works just fine. After some weeks of continuous work, I dicovered some packages loss when running ping with result message "No buffer space available".

It turns out that the allocated memory was getting at maximum. The solution was to extend the amount in the file

/proc/sys/net/core/wmem_max

Then restart the network interface for it to take the change.

Hope this was useful.

Regards,

Alejandro Fonseca
