This document will help the community to remove the Dashboard "Pipeline Sourcing" from dashboard drop-down.

SAP has given 4 dashboards as part of standard offering in the dashboard drop-down, as follows:

1, Pipeline Sourcing

2. Pipeline

3. Sales Performance

4.  Win/Loss

Pipeline Sourcing contain some sales lead reports and Sales lead is now obsoleted by SAP. There are many customer who do not want to see the Pipeline Sourcing Dashboard in the drop down.

There is no straight forward way given by SAP to delete the dashboard but we can still remove it as an alternate solution. Following are the steps to remove “Pipeline Sourcing” from the dashboard drop-down list:

Step1:  In HTML5, Open the Dashboard view in the Analysis workcenter

Step2:  Select the Dashboard “Pipeline Sourcing” from the drop down list

Step3:  In each dashboard’s report click on the cog wheel in the top right corner and select Analyze Data

Step4:  In the report, click on the cog wheel in the top right corner and select Report Header -> Technical information

Step5:  Make note of the report name along with the technical ID shown in brackets [ ] in text or excel file

Step6:  Repeat these steps for each report shown in the dashboard,

Now go to Sliver mode

Step7: In Silverlight, go to the Business Analytics work center

Step8: Find the reports name with technical ID you copied in step 5

Step9: Click on Assign Button and un-assign these reports from every work center view

After doing these steps, you will not see the Dashboard “Pipeline Sourcing” in the drop down list.

Hope this document will help the community.
