For several years SAP is offering a service called ‘Business Process Improvement for SAP solutions’ to its Premium Engagement customers. This service comprises

  • Goal defintion of tangible business process improvements that shall be achieved
  • Business Process Analytics (mobile & desktop version) and Business Process Operations Dashboards as tools
  • Several hundred problem-oriented key figures as out-of-the-box content
  • Proven methodology based on DMAIC principles from Six Sigma

So far most of the SCN content was mainly based on the tool and content questions where you find many linked blogs at http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-48233 and technical documents at Business Process Improvement – Solution Manager – SCN Wiki.

On May 29 a new landing page about Business Process Improvement was launched which provides further links to the different bullet points mentioned above. The landing page also already links to SAP’s new cloud KPI catalog (S-user for SAP Service Marketplace login required) which went live on June1. This KPI catalog is handled in two separate blogs – one about the filtering capabilities and one about the full text search cababilities.
