SAP库存管理#MM-IM模块常见问题及解决方案

        库存管理是SAP MM模块中的重要组成部分。它是对仓库的货物进行全面的库存管理，包括数量上和价值上。并且计划，执行和检查所有的货物移动，以及执行实际的盘点。

       本文主要介绍库存管理的常见问题以及解决方案。下面的图片上可以看到库存管理在整个物流流程中的位置：

                                   

       在事物代码MMBE中可以看到如下的库存状态：

                                            
       这里也可以看到库存的类型，比如质检库存，非限制使用库存等等。在事物代码MB5B中可以进一步地查看某一时间段的起止库存, 事物代码MB51可以看到针对某一库存的移动历史。

       问题发生比较多的就是在货物的移动环节。主要有收货，转储(包括逻辑上转储，比如从质检库存到非限制使用库存；物理转储，比如从工厂A到工厂B)和发货三大种类。常见问题有：

1. 物料移动时产生的会计凭证中有不明金额，有一些可能是出现了数据的不整合，也有一些是基于系统逻辑的计算。
   这些问题大多需要仔细分析个案，也有一些通用的信息可以参考。(模块MM-IM-GF-VAL)
