I was very much interested and waiting for new May SAP C4C may 2015 update but
at certain limit I am satisfied but some question still not answered.
Some which I think they are really helpful:
1. We can specify the End time of phone call default end time 30 Min after start.
2. From a rout we can show location visit location on Map.
3. In Lead we can enter free text description of product without referring product master data.
4. New view of sales order “change history” is really helpful.
5. Computer telephony Integration (CTI).
6. In service record time for productive and non productive hours.
7. Installed base management its really helpful for sales & service team we can also add
Competitor product & we can move item within installed base or other installed base.
Some feature which I am expecting From C4C next release:
1. If creation of service order possible in C4C then it will really helpful and it would be
Complete package for customer and give tough fight for Sales force.
2. SAP should provide basic Scheduling in service.
3. Mobile or SMS notification should be standard feature.
