Skip to Content
  • Go to CRMD_ORDER t-code.
  • Choose Status Distribution lock and enter the required date range as per below.
  • Click Start button.

    • Double click on the RMA number and go to the change mode for the below screen

    • Go to Transaction data tab and then Status tab as shown below

    • Press the reset status button and press distribution lock button
    • Save it.
