You’ll Never Walk Alone with S/4HANA Customer Care Program
I would like share my experiences about SAP Business Suite 4 SAP HANA (SAP S/4HANA) Customer Care Program.
You may be in a position to make decision to shape your future digital platform or about to decide your ERP. Or you have already made your decision about to implement SAP’s S/4HANA.
No matter in which phase you are, but be sure that SAP really wants to help you and guide you with this unique and valuable program.
This year in March one of our new customers decided to go with S/4 HANA. Thanks to Cigdem Gunduz from SAP Turkey, she has introduced us this program.
Please do not start your S/4 HANA walk or journey alone, SAP really wants to stand by you.
Apply this program as early as possible because you can really get valuable assistance and guidance from SAP.

How it works?
First of all you have to apply to the program (your SAP Partner will help you). After acceptance of your application, SAP will assign you a Project Coach and the coach will arrange a kick-off call and introduce you the program (1 hour session). All required parties will be assigned and your program will start. In my case I was the sponsor of the program, I have assigned another Project Manager as Project Contact, I did not want to assign the original Manager of the project to get most benefit from the program.
On SAP side we have 2 more roles that are supporting: Development Sponsor and Development Angel.
