As a following of previous session that took place in Toulouse, SAP UA has been invited to participate to the “Big data marketing” program in Barcelona for 25 students.
The same business case and content to create a strategy around Big Data for an utility company was presented to the students during 2 days (16 th and 17th of April 2015).
This session was animated by SAP specialists Thierry Donnadieu (Global Head of Sales Big Data + Cloud Analytics services ).

To close the Big data program, UA team has been asked to animate a specific session on Predictive Analysis.
This business case was animated by SAP specialist Armelle Andre on the 5th of may for 30 students of the program.
We had prepared a demo based on a study on “telco churn” by a telco operator.
First, the students could discover the product Predictive Analysis and applications, create attributes, in order to better understand the target of churners.
They finally got a list of phone numbers of customers to look after in order to avoid that they leave the operator.
The young public was very interested in the whole demo (1 intensive day long) and business case and could understand what the solution could bring to the analysts.
All the program and activities that were created in 2015 should be extended to next year.
