hey jens. this is bit confusing

hub020 - sap learning hub, customer edition

      yet it says

      • SAP Consultants, Customer COE and IT members, SAP Administrators, SAP Super Users, SAP Project Team members, Individual SAP Professionals

      sam for hub030

you might want to tell folks the difference since customers CANNOT configure many things in many modules in SF

      Hi Howard,

HUB020 and HUB030 gives you access to the same learning contents.

You are right as a customer you are not able to get access to provisioning - but you have access to the Admin Center and so you are able to configure especially via MDF more and more items.

Thanks, this was useful. May I suggest that you include the "course code" in the links as well ?

      Hi Erik,

      Thank you for your feedback.

The links are covering several courses with several course codes and would from my point of view confuse the viewer. You can get the course code very easy by opening the link. It is the gray code above the course names.

      Hi Jens,

I hope that my question can be answered in this thread:

I completed SF LMS (course name SFU-LMS-Mastery) in April 2014 at the SF learning portal.

Now I'd like to know how to move this certificate into the SAP Credential Manager. I learned that this is a precondition before I can go through the required delta certification at the certification hub.(Access to the cert. hub should be available within the next days)

Could you please let me know how to proceed and to whom I shall provide which information?

      Thanks and best regards

      Ralf

      Hi Ralf,

I guess that the grandfathering process is not possible in this case because the certificate is very old. I would suggest getting in contact with education@sap.com.
