openSAP and SAP Fiori: “It’s all about meaningful customer outcomes”

FioriandopenSAP3.pngLive from Sapphire 2015, check out the below interview of Michaela Laemmler, Dean of openSAP University, and Nir Rostoker, VP of UX and Mobile on the Scale, Enablement & Transformation team at SAP. In case you missed the news out yesterday, it’s been two years since openSAP was founded. Since then, there have been 200,000 unique learners and 650,000 course enrollments.

In the below interview, Michaela and Nir discuss the beginnings of openSAP, where we are now with innovative hands-on courses like the Build Your Own SAP Fiori App in the Cloud course, and finally, they give a sneak peek into what’s to come.

I think Nir says it best when he describes what this Build Your Own SAP Fiori App in the Cloud course is all about:

“It’s all about customer outcomes in a real meaningful way. As we speak today, thousands of customers — together with us — are building their own SAP Fiori apps in the Cloud on the HANA Cloud Platform… Not only that, [they] will share with each other what Fiori apps they build and will rate each other’s apps.”

Check out the interview below and enjoy Sapphire, either in Orlando or remotely!
