APJ Design Thinking Workshop with CSR on 24th Apr 2015

With the warm introduction  from Ms. Linda Fu who works for CSR China.UA met Beijing Dongcheng District  Government Officer  and conducted a Design Thinking
Workshop for them on 24^th Apr 2015.
The objective for the session is to discuss   “How to help government purchase public welfare service.”  CSR and UA team also invites a group of  young entrepreneur who are focus on start up on public welfare service to join the session as well. This will benefit both party better understand each other condition and help them find  improvement area.

After the first round  self-introduction a Design Thinking warm up game were introduced  it enable all the members to fast know each other and build up a better team work environment. After go through each phase of Design Thinking process like  Scoping, Synthesis , Ideation, Prototyping, Validation. All the Participants  feels Design Thinking is  a great way  to generation creative ideas for solution. And during this session there are few innovation solutions are coming out to solve the topic problem some were even beyond our expectation.. The feedback form the Dongcheng government officer are very positivity and start to thinking of build up Design Thinking Study Area in
their covered region.
