APJ: Mock Interview for Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, Shanghai, China, 16th April 2015

On the evening of 16th April, Jeromy Zhao, Development Manager of P&I LoB Finance represented SAP to attend the CRAZY INFORMATION CARNIVAL of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, he participated the mock interview as coach with the other two companies, China Economic Weekly and Citigroup Services and Techonology (China) Limited.

The aim of this activity was to simulate the real conditions of interview as closely as possible, to help the job applicants understand the expectations of the companies, and to improve their self-presentation. The interview was devided into preliminary and final contest, only 4 participants were selected to attend the final. After their self-introduction, they’ve been asked for some typical interview questions as in actual interviews, then the coaches gave their comments of the image and etiquette, self-presentation and talent show of the 4 candidates, and provided some tips like how to analyze the employment standard of the company, and how to highlight the positive attributes of themselves.

Through this activity, the 4 job applicants as well as the audience gained a lot of experience and confidence, and practiced their interview skills which will be required for the actual interview.
