      Hello Joseph,

If this is still an issue, can you please provide details of your instance as in instance-id.

More details of current state would also be helpful.

      thanks,

      dhruman

      Hi Dhruman

Im not sure it does not seem to be.  Let me tell you what I did differently,  Rather than use the download to upgrade the portal I applied the Upgrade to 91 and it seems to have upgraded the portal also.  I am afraid to apply the 92 HANA pack because of the issues where the portal stopped working but like i said maybe its because i should not have applied the portal upgrade and just applied the HANA 9.1 upgrade which allowed the portal to still work but the portal upgrade disappeared as an option.  Do you think that what broke the portal is using the upgrade on it before upgrading the HANA.  How critical of an update is the 92?  Also on a side note there was once a chat with support upgrade that was released but I don't have the option to install it is that still supported and if so how can I install it..

      Thanks Joe

      Hi Joe,

      Here are couple of questions.

      1. How many instances you manage through the portal?

      2. I am a bit unsure about 92. We have HANA One 91.2 and HANA Versions 91, 93 and so forth.

      3. Can you kindly share instance details, instance-id.

If you like, we can take a look at your instance and bring it up to date.

      thanks,

      dhruman

      Hi Dhruman,

Yes I would like you to take a look at the instance.  How do I share that info with you?

Also there are a few add-ons I have not installed because I am not sure if I need them:

      Please see the screen shots,addons.PNGportal.PNG

Im only managing one instance through the portal.
