The Enterprise Support Advisory Center (ESA Center) located in SAP Labs Latin America had a key role in obtaining the first SAP Enterprise Support Advisory Council customer reference for cloud world-wide from Samarco Mineração S. A., a Brazilian company with a leading position in the iron ore pellets and fines market as well as in global export.

As part of their engagement with the ESA Center team LA, Samarco Mineração S. A.  participated in the SAP Enterprise Support (ES) Advisory Council work stream for Cloud/Hybrid with the key objective of co-innovating with SAP in the ongoing development of the ES service and asset portfolio for Success Factors.  The SAP ONE Support Program principles are the cornerstone on which the harmonized and integrated SAP Enterprise Support engagement and assets across on-promise and cloud solutions are built.

In 2015, Samarco Mineração S. A. continues to partner with the ESA Center team LA as they roll-out additional SuccessFactors modules successfully.
