Global CoE defined the offering for MaxAttention Next Generation Projects, consisting of SAP Technology Foundation and SAP Application Foundation packages.
The “Technology Foundation” delivery template provides a model typical for an SAP Implementation under the leadership MaxAttention. It focuses on the definition, provisioning, and operation of an IT platform and the underlying IT infrastructure as a service. The template is grouped into five core work packages and is a representative, repeatable work list for building required IT systems, components, and services for the Build. This offering can be executed partially or as a “full service offering”.
The “Application & Industry Solution” delivery template provides a model typical for implementing an SAP software solution under the leadership of MaxAttention. It focuses on pre-configured templates with business content and implementation methodologies. Delivery is based on pre-defined “model industry solutions” leveraging best practices , RDS content and templates with SAP Solution Manager as the backbone leapfrogging the traditional consulting delivery model. The total effort of a project is determined by our Business Strategy / Business Requirements and the availability of Best Practices and/or Model Company. The solution is built in an iterative and interactive process. The model company jump start can be accelerated by using templates in the cloud.
